We are thrilled to share that Heather’s hard work and dedication in her health journey have returned her to vitality. Her regained strength allows her to resume in-person sessions, which are available on Tuesdays and Fridays. Virtual sessions will continue on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to ensure flexibility and accessibility for all.

Heather is currently focusing on working with adults and is excited to accept new clients. She also offers virtual parenting and relationship support, creating safe spaces for growth and understanding.

Maia begins 2025 full of gratitude for her renewed vitality and the opportunity to continue her sacred work and connections with clients. She is excited to welcome new clients this year, with in-office hours available from Wednesday through Saturday, and additional flexibility through virtual sessions. Maia focuses on working with adults, offering a compassionate and tailored approach to their unique needs.

This year, Maia is deepening her practice of sound healing, continuing to integrate this resonant and transformative modality into her holistic approach. On a personal note, she is thrilled to embark on new adventures in learning herbalism and planting a garden, both of which bring her inspiration and harmony in her life and practice.

She is a Reiki Master with over two decades of experience in energy work and healing. She creates a peaceful, nurturing space where clients can relax, restore, and reconnect with their highest selves. With a deep commitment to ongoing learning, Jenn helps individuals tap into the transformative power of Reiki for healing and balance. She finds great joy in witnessing her clients’ personal transformations and in guiding new Reiki practitioners on their journey. This January, our beloved Tula celebrated her 4th birthday!
As our practice’s mascot and therapy pup, Tula continues to bring joy, comfort, and healing to everyone she meets. But she’s not stopping there—Tula is expanding her reach! She’s in the process of joining the Alliance of Therapy Dogs AZ and will soon be volunteering across the valley, spreading smiles and love to those in need.

Lately, Tula has been soaking up the cooler weather, enjoying outdoor adventures, and making lots of new furry friends at her neighborhood bark park. She’s thriving, growing in confidence and maturity, and loving her role as both a companion and healer.
